When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
EUROPE:
- Estimated Shipping: 1–2 days after payment receipt*
- Delivery Time: We work with different companies to make your order arrive as fast as possible.
- Correos: 2–7 days from shipment*
- DHL (Fast Delivery): 2–5 days from shipment*
- GLS: 2–5 days from shipment*
SPAIN:
- Estimated Shipping: 1–2 days after payment receipt*
- Delivery Time: 1–3 days from shipment*
*Excluding holidays and weekends.
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs can be viewed on the dedicated shipping page, in some you can apply for free shipping.
OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION:
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and clearance fees, which are not included in the invoice. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon collection. When shipping outside of the European Union, we will add the documents of the orders such us printed invoice. If the order is for a gift, take this into account.
EXCEPTIONS:
- USA: Orders under €700.00 are exempt from customs duties.**
- Australia: Orders under €600.00 are exempt from customs duties.**

How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive two emails:
- Order Shipment Confirmation from Tukuy — contact@tukuybrand.com
- Order Dispatch Confirmation from Correos, GLS or DHL.
