How to buy: Step by step
You’ve never shopped on our online store and are unsure how to proceed? Don’t worry—it’s simple! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you place your order with Tukuy. Check out the the following images and follow the explanation.
Step 1: Search for the product you’d like to buy.
Step 2: When you have selected the product that you like, press the add to cart button.
Step 3 (a): You’ll be sent to your cart to see all the products that you’ve selected to buy, you can click continue shopping to add more items into your cart.
Step 3 (b): If you want to go back to your cart to see all the products you have added click on the top right corner icon.
Step 4: There you can see all the products you have on you cart, you can add or eliminate products. Then press Go to check out and you’ll be sent to the check out to put the order.
Step 5: This is the final step, fill up the information required to send you your order and press Place Order. Have in mind that in some cases your bank can ask you for confirmation on your bank’s app to confirm your identity and pay your order.
You’ll receive an email confirming your order—be sure to check your spam folder just in case. We’ll begin processing your order right away and ship it on the next business day.
