Exchanges and Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy. You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original accessories.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used, and it will be completed within 10 days after the return is confirmed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refund Process
Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original accessories. You will receive a confirmation email from juan@tukuybrand.com upon approval.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and while the process is automatic, banks typically take 5–10 days to complete the transaction.
