Ich bin Juan, der Gründer von Tukuy.
Ich wurde in Peru geboren, und nachdem ich nach Europa gezogen war, wollte ich der Welt ein kleines Stück meiner Heimat näherbringen. So entstand Tukuy.
Auf Quechua, der Sprache der Inka, bedeutet Tukuy „verwandeln“. Meine Vision war es, die Art, wie Menschen sich kleiden, zu verändern – durch bewusstere Entscheidungen und eine tiefere Verbindung zur Herkunft ihrer Kleidung.
Gemeinsam mit peruanischen Erzeugern fertigen wir Stücke in kleinen Chargen aus 100% Baby-Alpaka-Wolle. Während viele Alpakaprodukte mit synthetischen Fasern gemischt werden, haben wir uns entschieden, Alpakawolle in ihrer reinsten Form zu zeigen.
